I chose to deal with WELSH Real Estate as I had recommendations from people who had dealings with both Robin and Chantal and I had previously attended home opens when Robin was there.

WELSH Real Estate delivered on everything they promised - and more. I had 2 agents value my property before deciding who to go with. The following day, I received an extensive report from Robin and Chantal showing comparative listings, their marketing strategies and fee structure and a proposed marketing price and the price they believed they could achieve. The other agent gave me a verbal price for my property and that was all.

My property hit the market on a Friday - Chantal showed private viewings on the weekend and on Monday night, she presented me with 4 offers, all over the asking price of the property and thanks to Chantal's hard work and negotiation skills; my property sold for $21,000 over the asking price.

It is obvious to me that not only do WELSH Real Estate know their business; they pride themselves on going above and beyond. Many times I have texted Chantal early in the morning or late at night (while I remembered something); expecting her to get back to me during business hours, only to receive a reply from her immediately. This kind of service is what will make their business a stand out and will attract people to customer service of such a high calibre.

I first met Robin in 2007 when he valued my property before I moved to the Pilbara for work. Between 2008 and 2010, we kept in contact regarding the sale and rental potential of my investment property in Belmont, and this is despite my rental property being self-managed. I found his approach to real estate and building client relationships refreshing, and at no time did Robin ever pressure me to sell/rent through him. Even when I signed to sell my property with another agent who approached me with an optimistic sale price, Robin was gracious in not getting my business, wished me the best, and still stayed in touch. Ultimately, I did not sell my property in 2010, but signed up with Welsh RE as my property manager in 2011, and then received a rapid unconditional offer to purchase in 2012 when I finally decided to sell again. Chantal Ricupero was referred to us by our Mortgage Broker in order to assist us in purchasing our
first investment property.
Being the first time we were looking at purchasing an investment property we were a little sceptical
and nervous at the pitfalls that could potentially be out there and really wanted to ensure we were
fully versed in what we were getting ourselves into prior to committing to an investment property.
When first met with Chantal at the end of 2009, Chantal shared with us a wealth of knowledge in
respect to the property industry and her own real life experiences in relation to the purchasing of
investment property. This offered us the reassurance we needed and gave us the confidence to
proceed with purchasing our first investment property.
We then went ahead and employed Chantal as our “Buyer Agent”. Throughout the whole process,
Chantal kept us grounded and focused to ensure we achieved our dream of purchasing our first
