  2. Add a small amount of cold water, then sprinkle over 1 tablespoon of bi-carb and 1 tablespoon of salt.
  3. Pour ½ cup vinegar across the bi-carb and salt. Watch it sizzle!
  4. Add 1 cup of boiling water and submerge tarnished cutlery. Top up the boiling water if needed to cover the items.
  5. Leave for 3-5 minutes and watch as the tarnish magically vanishes.
  6. Remove items and allow to cool.
