DEVELOPER Finbar has been given the green light for a proposed $77 million apartment building in Belmont.

Chase Apartments, click based at 239 Great Eastern Hwy, viagra order will include 194 one and two bedroom flats and two commercial lots.

Amenities will include an 18-metre pool, generic sauna, residents’ lounge, games room and gym.

The 10-storey “luxury” development will commence construction in 2017.

Finbar purchased the land, previously the Comfort Hostel, for $6.4 million in May 2014.

The Perth property developer said it will introduce an “entry level price point product.”

Finbar managing director Darren Pateman thanked the City of Belmont and the Metro Central Joint Development Assessment Panel for their support.

“The main driver for the acquisition and design brief for this project was to offer a high rise product which is more affordable to the wider market,” he said.

“We believe entry points of $325,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and $399,000 for a two-bedroom apartment will receive strong market acceptance even in this more subdued Perth market.

“The apartments are located in a very accessible suburb, which is undergoing significant transformation.”

Chase Apartments is located 5km from the CBD and 3km from the airport.
