From the moment I contacted Chantal on a Sunday to list my property for sale, the level of dedication, service and communication was exemplary. I am so glad that I found Welsh Real Estate when we decided to sell our property in Rivervale. 15 years ago we bought an investment property in Rivervale. The house was old but was on a big block of land and situated in a beautiful quite street. Re-evaluating our lives I decided that it was time to sell the property. We didn't have a Real Estate Agent in mind so I looked at a few agents in the area and was impressed with the great reviews that Welsh Real Estate had. I made the call and was linked with Chantal Ricupero. Chantal was happy to hear what our thoughts and wishes were and it was clear that she understood our position and hopes. Chantal assessed the market value of other similar properties in the area and provided us this information through emails and phone updates. Chantal did not waste any time and sent us everything that was required, explained the process and followed through with everything she said that she was going to do. Chantal was clear on what our responsibilities were and this made it easy for us to know exactly what we needed to do. Our property was put on market and was sold at the first home open. All the paperwork that was required was sent to us electronically in a timely manner and was all set up so it was so easy to do.
During the settlement there were times when Chantal needed to negociate between us and the buyer, such as extending the date for settlement, liaising with the mortgage broker so as to keep us updated. The whole process went so smoothly and painlessly and I trusted Chantal's professional judgement and experience. I also liked that Chantal was fair to both parties and I am sure that the buyers also had a good experience.

He is a resourceful and proactive agent who did his homework and got an offer on my mother's house in less than 24 hours before the property could even be advertised. We originally bought our investment property in Belmont through Ross Kretschmar and were very happy with the advice and service we received. When we developed the property several years later, built two new homes and decided to sell one, it wasn't a hard decision to go with Ross and Welsh Real Estate. Ross was very attentive and professional throughout, and importantly, gave us sound advice when we discussed setting the sale price. It's imperative that you get an honest appraisal here, otherwise your house won't sell.
