Excellent Service. We interacted with Welsh RE when looking for a rental at very short notice just before Christmas. We ended up being offered a tenancy for what was our second option and sent a message to Welsh to tell them that we had an offer, but preferred the house that they were managing - the staff at Welsh took the time to track down the owners and expedite our application to get a prompt answer and we were able to politely decline the first offer and accept the offer from Welsh RE, which was our preferred option. Taking the time and making the effort to go that one step further, made our life much easier at a very stressful time.

From the moment I contacted Chantal on a Sunday to list my property for sale, the level of dedication, service and communication was exemplary. It started with sound guidance on how to prepare the property for sale and how small capital improvements can drastically ad value to the final sale process. I was largely absent from the sale process due to work commitments, and leaving it in Chantals and Karen's hands was an excellent choice. They looked after everything. Chantals constant communication via text, email or call is extremely reassuring, and enables you as the seller to make informed decisions.

I made the call and was linked with Chantal Ricupero. Chantal was happy to hear what our thoughts and wishes were and it was clear that she understood our position and hopes. Chantal did not waste any time and sent us everything that was required, explained the process and followed through with everything she said that she was going to do. Robin is a Godsend...honest, straightforward, fair, and attentive. He is a resourceful and proactive agent who did his homework and got an offer on my mother's house in less than 24 hours before the property could even be advertised. On top of that, this transaction had to be done with a Power of Attorney, and some of the parties were in different parts of Australia and abroad. Needless to say with this type of lady sale was effortless. She is non pushy and it works well for her as I feel people can see she is honest and can be trusted. I would highly recommend Annette to anyone wishing to sell/buy a property. Dont expect pushy threatening manor because this she most definitely is not

It is never easy when one is buying their first house in Australia especially after just moving over from Malaysia.
