Robin is a Godsend...honest, straightforward, fair, and attentive. He is a resourceful and proactive agent who did his homework and got an offer on my mother's house in less than 24 hours before the property could even be advertised. On top of that, this transaction had to be done with a Power of Attorney, and some of the parties were in different parts of Australia and abroad. But with Nicole's assistance, Robin coordinated all requirements and communicated timely with all parties so that everything proceeded as smoothly as could be. if not for Robin and his great staff, the out-of-the-ordinary circumstances of the sale would have been a nightmare.
