Karen from WELSH Real Estate made our application process seamless by communicating with us via email, phone call and text message in a prompt and timely manner after our application was submitted. She was specific in the additional information required, suggested ways to have our application processed quicker, well-mannered and spoke in a way that was easy to understand. During requests suggested by the landlord, Karen made us feel comfortable to approach the opportunity to negotiate if we wanted too. The turnaround for approval, security bond receipt and electronic lease completion was done in just a few hours which was amazing. We also appreciate that they utilize the PropertyMe app to communicate effectively and easily with us as tenants.

Chantal is just amazing - she had previously sold a property for me and really impressed me back then so I was keen to have her sell my latest property when I was ready. Chantal sat down and listened to what I wanted and why I was selling and advised me in the best way to present my property. Friendly and accessible - knowledgeable and very competent- Chantal had my property listing up and ready in no time. My house sold at the first open and I left the state for a move over east - Chantal dealt with various potential disasters (hot water system that decided to burst and smoke alarms that needed replacing) completely and efficiently with very little stress for me ( which was hugely important to me) - all together just an absolute delight to deal with - Chantal really couldn’t have made anything any easier or more pleasant for me. If I were staying in WA I would definitely be looking to Chantal and WELSH Real Estate to both purchase a new property and to re sell if that time came again. From the moment I contacted Chantal on a Sunday to list my property for sale, the level of dedication, service and communication was exemplary. It started with sound guidance on how to prepare the property for sale and how small capital improvements can drastically ad value to the final sale process. I was largely absent from the sale process due to work commitments, and leaving it in Chantals and Karen's hands was an excellent choice. They looked after everything. I made the call and was linked with Chantal Ricupero. Chantal was happy to hear what our thoughts and wishes were and it was clear that she understood our position and hopes. Chantal assessed the market value of other similar properties in the area and provided us this information through emails and phone updates.
Chantal did not waste any time and sent us everything that was required, explained the process and followed through with everything she said that she was going to do. Chantal was clear on what our responsibilities were and this made it easy for us to know exactly what we needed to do. Our property was put on market and was sold at the first home open. All the paperwork that was required was sent to us electronically in a timely manner and was all set up so it was so easy to do.

Robin is a Godsend...honest, straightforward, fair, and attentive. He is a resourceful and proactive agent who did his homework and got an offer on my mother's house in less than 24 hours before the property could even be advertised. On top of that, this transaction had to be done with a Power of Attorney, and some of the parties were in different parts of Australia and abroad.
