Professional. The agency provides all the legal information needed to purchase the house. And answer all the questions that you have about the process. However, they strictly adhere to the sales requirements and do not intervene with the owners to make improvements to the house being purchased. In the end, you have to accept the house as it is, because otherwise, you would face numerous fines, making it cheaper to buy and then fix all the defects yourself.

From the moment I contacted Chantal on a Sunday to list my property for sale, the level of dedication, service and communication was exemplary. Re-evaluating our lives I decided that it was time to sell the property. We didn't have a Real Estate Agent in mind so I looked at a few agents in the area and was impressed with the great reviews that Welsh Real Estate had. I made the call and was linked with Chantal Ricupero. Chantal was happy to hear what our thoughts and wishes were and it was clear that she understood our position and hopes. Chantal assessed the market value of other similar properties in the area and provided us this information through emails and phone updates.
Chantal did not waste any time and sent us everything that was required, explained the process and followed through with everything she said that she was going to do. Chantal was clear on what our responsibilities were and this made it easy for us to know exactly what we needed to do. Our property was put on market and was sold at the first home open. All the paperwork that was required was sent to us electronically in a timely manner and was all set up so it was so easy to do.
During the settlement there were times when Chantal needed to negociate between us and the buyer, such as extending the date for settlement, liaising with the mortgage broker so as to keep us updated. He is a resourceful and proactive agent who did his homework and got an offer on my mother's house in less than 24 hours before the property could even be advertised. On top of that, this transaction had to be done with a Power of Attorney, and some of the parties were in different parts of Australia and abroad.
